Board of Directors
As the Executive Committee of the APRUO, the Board of Directors (Board) oversees the business of the Association and manages its ongoing projects, policies, finances, and membership. The Board consists of ten members, as well as the past President, and it elects from its ranks the Society’s officers: President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer. The other members of the Board are assigned specific areas of responsibility related to the Association’s current priorities.
The Board reports on its work to the Association’s membership at the Annual General Meeting, usually held in late May. We welcome volunteers who wish to serve on the Board or help organize Association activities.
The current members of the Board, with their photos, are listed below. For information about committee members, click on the “eye” icon to the right of the person’s name.
