Reception and Book Launch in Honour of Pierre Calvé
At a reception on November 28, 2023, APRUO presented Pierre Calvé with the Tribute Award given by the Association of University and College Retirees of Canada (ARUCC) in recognition of his outstanding contribution to APRUO. During his tenure as President, Pierre revitilized the Association and strengthened its links with the University administration and with the Association of Professors of the University of Ottawa. The reception was also the occasion of a book launch: Pierre's book of reminiscences and anecdotes entitled, « Tiens, ça va te faire du bien ».
