The University now uses the Workday application to manage financial matters, including income tax slips. As a result, all T4A slips are now available on Workday.

To view and print your documents, please first log in to Workday.

Then, enter “My Tax Documents” in the search box at the top of the page.  Under “Previous Years”, you can select the document you wish to view/print.
